COVID-19 Testing: Terms & Conditions

NO REFUNDS FOR MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Due to the resources required to prepare for testing, Prosperity Pharmacy Manassas apologizes in advance that we are NOT able to offer refunds for missed or cancelled appointments for COVID-19 testing. If you are more than 15 minutes late, that is considered a missed appointment. To reschedule you will have to forfeit your current booking and book a new appointment and pay an additional $35 rescheduling fee.

PLEASE STAY IN YOUR CAR FOR ACTIVE TESTING
Please do NOT schedule an antibody and active test on the same day or enter the pharmacy if you have any signs or symptoms of illness.

RESULTS
Results for the next day COVID-19 RT-PCR Active test will be reported by email by noon the next day.
Results for the two day COVID-19 RT-PCR Active test will be reported by email by close of business on the second day after testing.
Results for COVID-19 RT-PCR Active or Antibody testing will be reported within 3-5 days via email.
